Completed in 2000 this small estate of well appointed villas with private swimming pools is located on the outskirts of Playa Blanca within easy reach of all amenities.

SITUATION
Playa Burgado lies to the west of Playa Blanca around 3.5 kms from the resort centre with its shops, bars, and excellent restaurants. The estate consists of around 60 single storey, semi-detached villas attractively arranged to give sea views

towards the Punta Pechiguera peninsular and lighthouse. The nearest beach is approximately 5 minutes walk as are a number of first class hotels.

ACCOMMODATION
The villas are semi-detached and each is set in it’s own garden with driveway for parking up to two cars. The accommodation is spacious and well appointed and comprises: Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin both with fitted wardrobes etc. The master double bedroom has en-suite bathroom with full suite. The twin bedroom has a separate shower room adjacent.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts bright modern units with granite surfaces.   Stainless  steel  sink unit,

electric oven with ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine plus a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering. A door leads out to a large covered drying area. The lounge is beautifully furnished with leather corner suite, dining table and chairs with matching sideboard and large coffee table. There is a TV and video and a small Hi Fi unit. Sliding patio doors to sun terrace and pool area.

OUTSIDE
To the front of the house the entrance is approached via a large herringbone brick drive for off road car parking. To the rear of the villa, patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious south facing sun terrace overlooking the attractive 7x4 metre heated swimming pool. Patio table and chairs, partly shaded by a pergola make an ideal setting for al-fresco dining by the pool. Sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

Villa Carabela is a quality villa in a location previously unattainable in the sought after Playa Blanca area and will appeal to those who prefer to be away from but within easy reach of the resort centre. Car hire is a necessity and is therefore included with the holiday.
