This unique, purpose built, 2 bedroom country villa annex is a totally self-contained unit occupying a superb location on the outskirts of the sleepy hillside village of Conil. The position offers tranquillity in a rural setting,   with   beautiful

panoramic views of the sea, mountains and neighbouring islands. Conil lies some 7 kms from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen and just 2 kms from the town of Tias. There is a local bar, supermarket and telephone in the village.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is extremely well appointed with the accent on a cosy and homely atmosphere and comprises:-
Attractive split level lounge and dining room which is divided by two steps on each level giving a cool and spacious appearance. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with 3 piece suite, coffee tables, TV and video. There is free access to the extensive video library of the main house. The dining area with full dining suite is on the second level. Two steps up to the third level is the kitchen area which is bright, modern and fully equipped with  a  range  of  units,  full   cooker,

microwave, fridge freezer and a host of extras including ample crockery and utensils.
There are two spacious, light and airy bedrooms. One with a double bed and one twin. Fitted bedroom furniture with plenty of drawer and hanging space. The bathroom consists of a fully tiled shower, W.C. and hand basin.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a secluded sun terrace suitable for sunbathing or a leisurely breakfast. Further steps lead down to the superb 10 metre swimming pool set in spacious sun terracing and surrounded by patio gardens.

Around the pool area is ample patio furniture and sun loungers, portable barbecue and a convenient outside shower. Both terraces boast beautiful views and are ideal for watching the magnificent island sunsets.

La Cantera is completely self contained and although linked to the main house has its own separate entrance giving privacy and independence. The swimming pool and surrounding terrace are for the exclusive use of the villa occupants. N.B. Poolside photo shows main house only.
Due to low walled elevations around the villa it is not considered to be suitable for very young children.

The location of La Cantera necessitates the use of a car, car hire is therefore included in the villa holiday.
