Luxury 2 bedroom villa with heated swimming pool and satellite TV

A beautifully restored and furnished Canarian Finca set in its own spacious grounds with a good-size heated pool.

SITUATION
This superb country Lanzarote villa offers the privacy of self-contained accommodation with a private swimming pool.  Located on the outskirts of Macher, the villa enjoys the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and distant sea views.  Situated just a few minutes drive from Puerto Calero Marina, where you can enjoy an excellent selection of waterside restaurants.

Water activities and boat trips are also available from the quayside and promenade.  The main resort of Puerto del Carmen is approximately 5 kilometres away.

ACCOMMODATION
Casa Camella is an old Canarian Finca which the owners have lovingly restored, keeping with the original character in the form of some exposed timbers and stonework, but adding modern appliances where appropriate for the enjoyment of guests.  The accommodation is spacious, with modern furniture and fittings for style.  There are two double bedrooms, both with double beds, wardrobe areas and dressing tables.  The second bedroom has patio doors which open on to steps leading to the pool terrace.  There are two separate bathrooms with a walk-in shower (no bath), WC and wash basin.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, coffee table, and a wood-burning stove (in winter months wood will be supplied), satellite TV, and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's and CD's.  The dining area is complete with pine table, chairs and a matching sideboard, and has patio doors leading onto the terrace area.

The kitchen has been styled in keeping with the character of the villa, fitted out with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox (no freezer), and all utensils for self-catering.

OUTSIDE
The front entrance is through an archway and leads you to the spacious terrace with a covered pergola.  Here is a comfortable seating area with dining table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining or relaxing out of the midday sun.

From the terrace, steps lead down to lower terraces furnished with sun-loungers, allowing you to relax and enjoy the oval-shaped heated swimming pool.

A built-in barbeque completes the poolside facilities.  A door leads from the pool terrace to a laundry room where clients have use of a washing machine and a drying area equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Casa Camella will appeal to clients seeking a country house of style and character in a tranquil location, with fine views of open countryside, and it suits those seeking privacy away from, but within easy reach of, the main resorts and beaches.

A car is considered essential in Macher, and care hire is therefore included with the holiday.
