EL COTILLO

A unique development of twelve apartments
overlooking a beautiful sandy beach

EL COTILLO
Located in the north west of Fuerteventura, this tiny quaint village offers some of the most beautiful beaches in totally unspolit surroundings.  To the north lies the white sand coves and crystal clear waters of the lagoons.  On the south side is along sweeping golden beach, usually ideal for windsurfing (Not suitable to swim.)

El Cotillo boasts some of the best fish restaurants in the north together with a few shops and bars.  The main town in the north is Corralejo which is a 20 minute drive.

SITUATION
EL CALETON lies at the far end of the bay north of the village.  Situated on a white sand beach of a small sheltered lagoon where you can safely bathe in the shallow clear water.  The village is around a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. The nearest restaurant is approximately 5 minutes walk.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation comprises: Comfortable furnished lounge diner, kitchenette with breakfast bar, gas cooker and fridge.  Fully equipped for self-catering.

Twin Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.  Modern bathroom with Shower Suite.

Patio doors lead to balcony overlooking the beach with a beautiful view.

El Caleton will appeal to those wishing to relax in a completely uncommercialised and tranquil atmosphere.  It should be noted therefore, amenities are somewhat primitive by UK standards, eg. electricity is on generator, roads are mainly tracks, and there is no street lighting.  NB The generator to this complex is shut down during the afternoon and through the night.  Further details are available on request.  For those prepared to accept these small inconveniences the rewards are numerous.
