Situated in the hillside village of Conil just 7 kms from the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen and the same from the airport.

The location offers an opportunity to sample the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere of a typical Canarian village whilst being within easy reach of the larger towns and resorts of the island. The village boasts two local bars and a supermarket.

La Bodega is a unique property being a conversion of what used to be the old wine store to the farmhouse, now known as Los Patios. This one bedroom house is ideal as a romantic village retreat for couples. It can also be used in connection with Los Patios where larger parties up to 14 are concerned.

The house has recently been modernised in keeping with its "olde worlde"; character and comprises: Walled patio to the front with distant sea view, bench seating and shaded by a large old eucalyptus tree.

French doors from the front patio open into the original bodega, now a large sitting room with high wooden ceiling and thick stone walls to keep you cool. Comfortably and stylishly furnished with a large sofa, easy chair and occasional furniture, TV, video player and stereo cassette.

The lounge leads to an open-plan dining and kitchen area fully equipped with full cooker, fridge and ample storage units for self catering. Dining table and chairs.
An arched doorway leads to a spacious bedroom with an impressive period style four poster double bed. There is a bathroom en-suite with bath, shower and full suite.

Double doors from the bedroom open on to the rear sun terrace, shaded by a pergola and overlooking the lovely 8 metre swimming pool. Ample sunbathing area surrounds the pool beside beds of tropical flowers.

Sunbeds and patio furniture together with a built-in barbecue complete the poolside facilities. The rear terraces are all very secluded so affording complete privacy for sun bathing.

A car is considered essential in Conil.  Car hire is therefore included in the holiday price.
