Spacious 3 bedroom detached villa with private heated swimming pool, satellite TV

A first-class detached single-storey villa set in its own walled garden with a private heated swimming pool and located in an ideal position close to the San Antonio area of Puerto del Carmen.
SITUATION
Casa Bella is situated  in a quiet,

residential part of Puerto del Carmen, around 5 minutes walk to the Avenidade las Playas with its myriad of shops, bars and restaurants and within 10 minutes walk of a number of beaches.  The San Antonio Hotel and the large sweeping Los Pocillos beach are within easy reach. The villa is conveniently situated for access to the countryside and for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is single-storey with spacious surroundings and is appointed to a high standard throughout.    The accommodation comprises; three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes etc.  Two bedrooms have twin beds and the main bedroom a king-size bed.   There are two separate bathrooms, one a family bathroom with full-suite and the second is a shower room (no bath).

The good-size lounge is comfortably furnished with three-seater sofas, reclining easy chairs, wall unit and a cabinet  housing  a  satellite TV  with  a

family subscription package, video recorder, DVD player and CD hi-fi system.  For guests' enjoyment there is a mini-library of books, CD's, DVD's, videos and games. The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped for 8 persons and includes a four-ring ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and juicer, and all utensils and appliances for self-catering.   The garage provides a handy storage space, where there is a washing machine that guests may use.  For guests' peace of mind there is a large safe.

OUTSIDE
Large sliding patio doors lead from the lounge onto a spacious sun terrace, partly shaded by a pergola and overlooking the inviting 8-metre power-heated swimming pool.  The terrace and garden extends around the house with sizeable walls and wrought iron railings and gates offering privacy and security.  The six-place patio table and chairs makes for an ideal setting to dine al-fresco by the pool.  Sun loungers and a built-in barbecue complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Bella is a well-appointed, secure and comfortable villa suitable for families or parties seeking quality accommodation with private facilities within the main resort.

NB - The swimming pool at Casa Bella is heated in the winter months only.
