A quality, low-rise development of bungalows in a prime sea front location and within easy reach of the resort centre and beaches.  The complex has been designed to give a low-density effect and the facilities include two communal swimming pools, children's pool, reception, bar, mini-supermarket and laundrette.  For families with children there is a children's playground and for the energetic a small gym, tennis courts and volleyball court.

SITUATION
Atlantic Gardens lies just on the outskirts of the resort around 800 metres from the sandy beach of Playa Flamingo. The centre of Playa Blanca with its many bars, restaurants and shops is 2 kms. The old harbour is a 15-minute walk.   The bungalow is located directly on the sea front promenade, which stretches from the lighthouse to the Rubicon Marina.   Car hire is advantageous but not essential.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation consists of one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table.  Separate bathroom with half-size bath, shower, WC and hand basin. Comfortable lounge-diner with double sofa bed and four-place dining table and chairs.  TV with limited satellite reception and DVD player.  The fully equipped kitchenette includes electric hob, microwave, fridge and all utensils for self-catering.  There is an open-air solana to the rear of the bungalow.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a south facing sun terrace with pergola and small tropical garden. Patio table and chairs make this the ideal place to relax and enjoy the magnificent uninterrupted view of the sea and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos

Atlantic Gardens is a beautifully maintained and established complex and will appeal to couples or small families seeking above average surroundings with all the facilities of this popular resort close to hand.
