A superb single storey detached villa situated in the exclusive Risco Prieto area of 'Old Town' Puerto del Carmen and equipped with power heated private swimming pool, jacuzzi and a host of extra facilities for the enjoyment of guests.

SITUATION
Risco Prieto forms part of a most exclusive area within Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest villas can be found. Situated in an elevated position above the old harbour, the villa is convenient for the  many  restaurants  and  bars

which abound in this ever-popular resort.  The town centre is a two-minute drive or ten-minute walk and the surrounding countryside can be accessed with ease.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa has recently been completely refurbished and appointed to a high standard with quality furniture and fittings throughout.  The accommodation comprises; three good-size bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc.  The master bedroom has a double bed with luxury en-suite bathroom.  Bedrooms two and three have twin beds and share a lovely family bathroom with full suite.  The large lounge/dining room has a vaulted ceiling which combined with the patio doors create a light and spacious living area. Leather sofas, soft lighting and digital satellite TV (with Sky subscription) together with a hand-crafted six place dining table complete this delightful room.

A beautifully maintained indoor garden with tropical plants and shrubs adds to the interior features.

There is a separate fully-fitted modern kitchen including electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering.  A breakfast bar and seating area for casual dining is included. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and has its own drying area.  A safe is installed for guests' security.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead out to spacious sun terraces surrounded by mature gardens. A south-facing terrace partly shaded by pergolas, overlooks the 8x4metre power heated swimming pool and is equipped with cushioned sun loungers and patio dining table and chairs. For the ultimate relaxation try the American hot spring spa jacuzzi, an ideal recreational alternative after an energetic day sunbathing and swimming. A separate built-in barbecue, table football and outdoor shower complete the poolside facilities.

The friendly managers who care for the villa, provide a twice weekly maid service and six day towel change together with a welcome pack on arrival. For added convenience, car hire is included with the holiday but is by no means essential.
